Message affects my image of them, since on the internet, that's all I get to see of them. Knowing that, I assume it goes the other way as well, so I take care to present myself in a way I'm happy with.

However, I'll also acknowledge I'm not here to apply for a scholarship or anything, so I don't write too formally and allow myself the use of "them" instead of "him/her" so as not to sound like Data or Spock. ;-P Although I'm capable of writing formally, I don't enjoy it, and that's certainly not necessary here. All I ask is for people to pay attention to how they present themselves and to write so that we can understand what point they're trying to make or question they're trying to ask.

You don't have to live in a bubble just because someone else caught the flu. Make your decision on your ability to trust yourself. - NytWolf 15:49:05 12/17/06

I was previously a aviation mechanic and avionic technician and this car is harder to work on than Aircraft.
